- Experience with Object Oriented Design (OOD).
- Understanding of XML and Client/Server architectures and web services and protocols (Microsoft IIS, ASP, HTTP) is a plus.
- Multi-threading techniques, and distributed application methodology.
- Good SQL skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Self-motivating deadline oriented, and must handle stress well.

| Will work on various graphic assignments. Responsible for conceptualize, design, and produce a wide variety of materials including software interface graphics components, corporate publications, marketing literature, direct mail, corporate websites. |
| Desired Person |
| Artist, creative, with in-depth knowledge of currently graphic design trends, holding a Bachelor degree of arts-related in Design, or painting, with a high ability to visualize information through communication with subject matter experts. |
| Duties and Responsibilities |
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Arts (or similar), or an Associate's degree in Graphic Arts (or similar) is a strong plus.
- Creating Freehand illustrations.
- Ability to develop company identity graphics from a Business concept.
- In-depth knowledge of commonly used graphics tools such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Web graphics packages (e.g., Macromedia Dreamweaver).
- Familiarity with Flash a strong plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to articulate.
- Clearly to people with all types of communication styles and technical backgrounds.
- Exceptional creativity in terms of project concepting and design work.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
